TTF was built on a simple belief: personal development is stronger when we grow together. Across the world, countless disciplines—martial arts, fitness programs, meditation practices, yoga, reiki, and self‑improvement systems—each carry their own traditions, strengths, and philosophies. Yet they often stand apart.
TTF was created to bring them together — a single umbrella where instructors, coaches, and practitioners can grow side by side without division. It is not here to replace any system, but to support them all. A place where teachers can share their methods freely, students can explore multiple paths, and every discipline can thrive within a shared community.
At its core, TTF exists to promote unity, connection, and growth — values that transcend any single lineage, style, or practice. It is a platform built for the entire self‑improvement community, not just one branch of it.
While TTF is not about any one person, a small part of my own journey helped shape the values behind it. I began training in 1999 in Nova Scotia, starting under Bill Gregory’s Kajukenpo system. Later, I continued my path under Justin Devine’s Elite Kenpo, where mentorship, discipline, and personal growth became central to my training.
Over time, these experiences led me to develop Tigers Bo and later Kenjuki — systems that grew from years of learning, refining, and teaching. These arts now live within TTF, not as the focus, but as contributions to a larger community of disciplines.
My lineage is only one thread in a much larger tapestry. TTF honors every path, every teacher, and every system that shapes the world of self‑improvement. The goal is not to elevate my story, but to create a place where everyone’s journey matters.
TTF stands on the belief that every discipline, every student, and every instructor deserves a place to grow. We honor the traditions that came before us, support the systems that exist today, and welcome the arts and practices that are still being created. No single style defines us, and no individual stands above the community.
We are united by a shared purpose — the desire for self‑improvement, the pursuit of knowledge, and the commitment to lifting each other up. Whether you teach martial arts, fitness, meditation, yoga, reiki, or any evolving discipline, you belong under the TTF umbrella.
Unity is not just a value we teach; it is the foundation we stand on. Together, we grow stronger. Together, we learn. Together, we move forward as one community.
Share your art. Teach your way. Grow with us.
